STEP-BY-STEP PLAN




















 

 ANALYSIS
A representative analysis of the spent catalyst or residue is the basis of all our activities. Our clients can perform the analysis themselves; or alternatively this can be left to us - sampling and/or a full analysis report. We can also, when dealing with complex materials or large quantities, experiment with the processing set-up by carrying out test runs.
 
FORMALITIES
At every stage we complete the necessary formalities on your behalf and ensure you have the required documentation. We transport all residual and waste material within the Netherlands with all the accompanying forms in accordance with the Dutch Environmental Management Act. All transfrontier shipments are carried out in accordance with the European Council Regulation (259/93) for the Transport of Waste materials.
 
TRANSPORT
We transport your residues in a safe and responsible way (ADR/IMO-classified).
In this you can say which form of packaging you want to use. If necessary, we can provide customized containers and storage bins.

 
STORAGE + HANDLING
In our special CPR 15.2 storage facilities, thousands of tons of hazardous waste can be kept in compliance with the latest environmental and safety requirements in the storage of hazardous waste (including leak-proof flooring, separate drainage systems and a modern fire alarm installation). There are separate compartments for loose material, waste packed in drums, containers or big-bags and self-heating
 
PROCESSING
The actual processing takes place in different stages. Firstly, there is the pre-treatment like separation, sieving, breaking, etc., which facilitates the following stage: thermal treatment in our fluidised bed kiln and/or our rotating tubular kiln.
 
PACKING
The way in which raw or processed materials are packed usually has to be changed to meet requirements of our clients or to make it suitable for further storage.
We have almost limitless possibilities to do this.
 
FINAL TRANSPORT
Last but not least, we naturally ensure safe and responsible transport of our materials and products.
